Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, downloading or using Omni DJ, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Omni DJ is operated by MONO LABS ("we", "us"), a company established in the Netherlands. Consumers in the European Union have the additional statutory rights described in "Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)" below; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Omni DJ on your own machine for the duration of your subscription or trial. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the software, except to the extent applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction.
Your content
You retain all rights to the audio, video, brand assets and other content you process through Omni DJ. We never claim ownership of your sets, your clips or your output. You are responsible for having the rights to the audio and video you process, including any music, samples or footage of other people. Where you connect a third-party account (for example TikTok, Instagram or YouTube) to post or schedule content, you are also bound by that platform’s own terms and content policies.
Local-first processing
Omni DJ analyses and edits your files on your own machine by default. Your audio and video are not uploaded to our servers for this purpose. Cloud-connected features (account sync, brand and calendar data, subscription billing and, where you turn it on, direct posting to social platforms) send only the specific data those features need, and are described in the Privacy Policy.
Direct publishing to social platforms
If you connect a TikTok, YouTube or Instagram account, you authorise Omni DJ to upload and, where you choose automatic mode, publish the clips you select on your behalf, using the permissions ("scopes") shown at the time you connect. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Social page, which revokes our access going forward. Automatic posting requires the desktop app to be open on a running computer; we are not responsible for a post that is missed because the app was closed, and Omni DJ will surface a reminder instead in that case rather than posting silently late. Each platform enforces its own limits (for example daily upload caps) and review status, which can restrict what "automatic" means for that platform until the platform completes its own review of our integration.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from inside the app, from your account settings, or by contacting [email protected]; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Omni DJ is digital content delivered immediately on payment, that right ends once we begin providing the paid features, but only if you gave express, separate consent to immediate delivery and expressly acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so; where that consent was not validly obtained, the 14-day right continues to apply. Where the right applies, you can exercise it by emailing [email protected] or, for the withdrawal-button implementation required under Dutch law from 19 June 2026, through the cancellation function referenced on this page.
Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Outside the statutory withdrawal period above, refund requests are evaluated case by case within 14 days of the most recent charge. We are not obliged to refund a period of service you have already used.
Acceptable use
You may not use Omni DJ to process content you do not have the rights to, to violate a third party’s intellectual property or publicity rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our infrastructure, or to violate the terms of any platform you connect through the app.
Liability
Omni DJ is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including content posted to a third-party platform through the app. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or the mandatory statutory rights of consumers in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the product and on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live.
